Ohio Legislature Provides New Substitute Teaching Opportunities

Beginning immediately, individuals with less than a college degree are eligible to substitute teach in public school classrooms. If you are interested in working as a substitute teacher (any grade level) and have at least a high school diploma, the administrative team at Morgan Local Schools would love to talk with you about the possibility. We also offer many vocational classes and your experience in those trades would be very valuable.

Candidates must have no disqualifying criminal record and be able to pass a basic skills test, required of all classroom aides. Substitute teachers work on an as-needed basis and are paid $100/day. The students and teachers of Morgan Local Schools could really use your help.

To ask questions or make an application, please call us at (740) 962-2782.
